The seat design is more suitable for the body structure and lifestyle of users. Various trapezoidal structures(straight or curve stairs) can be installed with gear mesh and rack transmission, motor drive,24V safety circuit, automatic speed control and turning operation. Stairlift Key Switch
When the elevator fails, the digital display outside the hall will flash continuously in the form of codes, so as to diagnose the fault and the cause. The meaning of the code is described in the instruction manual of the random file.
Swivel Folding Seat
If you need to start with a step, orgo up and down atthe middle floor or end exit position, the stairlifts comes with a rotation function, which allows you to rotate the seat to a safe direction, making it easy and convenient. When not in Use, the armrest, seat pad, and footplate be folded up for storage. After folding, the entire machine is only 39cm, which does not affect the normal passage of the corridor.
Electronic Self-locking Safety Belt
The seat belt has an electronic self-locking function that can be pulled out as long as possible to _ immediately lock and prevent external sliding. Ifyou accidentally release it during operation, the seat lifter will immediately stop running to ensure your safety. This technology has obtained national patenttechnology certification .
Sensitive Safety Sensing Device
Our stairlift footplate, carriage, and rail are equipped with atotal of 15 safety sensing devices (mechanical switch and infrared sensing dual protection). If encountering obstacles, it will immediately stop running. Afterthe obstacles are cleared, restarting can easily restore operation.
Digitaldisplay With Voice Broadcast
The digital display with voice broadcast at the armrest position allows youto easily masterthe running status. If your stairlift is not in use on the floor, you can use a wireless remote control (or swipe card) to call and serve you. Even a 10 floor building can easily call, and multiple call modes are available for you to choose from，which has been certified by national patent technology.
Automatic Charging
Automatic charging points have been installed at both ends of the rail，and ifthere are multiple floors, middle charging point can be added. You can operate the remote control to start the machine and automatically search for a charging point to charge. If your stairlift does not stop correctly at the charging position , it will start automatically searching for the charging point after 15 minutes to prevent it from running out of power which is intelligent and worry free.
Battery Safe Power Supply
The power supply adopts a 12V 12AH large capacity recyclable lead-acid battery(More than 2 floors),which belongs to the category of batteries with the highest safety.It has strong durability,strong endurance,safety and environmental protection,and no risk of Spontaneous combustion and explosion. It operates at a safe voltage of 24V, and can last for 2.5 to 3 hours on full charge.It is also worry free for continuous use by multiple people in high-rise buildings.
Charging Mode
The stairlift can be connected to a 220V household power supply externally，using a rail tube wiring method，without the need for additional wiring and without damaging the original household wiring. No matter how many floors are installed, you only need to provide a 10A, 2 Square three hole socket in the starting or ending position，and all charging points can achieve automatic charging.
Backup Emergency Charging Port
If your stairlifts forgets to stop at the charging point and the battery runs out within 15 minutes and cannot start, don’t worry. Our side cover is also equipped with abackup emergency charging port, and youonly needto unplug the charger to directly charge to restore operation，which is an easy solution. This technology has obtained national patent technology certification.
Railrack Design Standard
The rail adopts a high-strength chrome steel double tube design, with a static load capacity of up to 1.5 tons and a dynamic load capacity of over 300 kilograms, which is stable and durable. The outer diameter of the rail has been upgraded to 38mm (market rail outer diameter 42mm), and the outer diameter of the turn is only 438mm (market turn outer diameter 538mm)，occupying less space and making it more aesthetically pleasing; The tooth width of the rack is 10mm (market tooth width 6mm), with alarger meshing contact surface, which is more stable，smooth，and wear-resistant，all higher than the national and industry standard design.
High Efficiency Low-noise Motor
The power traction adopts a 35mm large shaft diameter motor (market motor shaft diameter 30mm), and the current at full load is only 15-16A (market full load current 25-26A). The controller does not generate heat, the motor is more durable, and the equipment is more durable，sturdy，and efficient. During laboratory testing, the average noise level during operation was 45-50 decibels, far below the national standard of 70 decibels.
Load Capacity
Adopting high-strength chrome steel double tube rails, the standard model has aload capacity of 160 kilograms, and the heavier model has a load capacity of 200 kilograms. The internal test limit load has reached over 300 kilograms.
