Fault phenomenon 1: No lifting
●Cause of the failure
1.The outbound key on the first floor is turned off (the emergency stoplight of the PLC is on)
2.Light curtain occlusion(PLC’s emergency stop light is on)
3.The safety circuit is not open (the circuit light of the PLC is not lit)
●Exclusion Method
1.1.Turn on the switch with the key
1.2.Wipe the light curtain
1.3.Close all the doors
Fault phenomenon 2: Do not rise
●Cause of the failure
1.Highest limit failure(the highest light of PLC is not on)
●Exclusion Method
1.Check the replacement of the maximum limit
Fault phenomenon 3: Do not fall
●Cause of the failure
1.The safety touch plate is not returned(the touch plate light of the PLC is on)
2.The first floor of the travel switch is faulty(the first limit light of the PLC is on)
●Exclusion Method
3.1.Reset the safety touch plate
3.2.Repair or replace a layer of stroke
Fault phenomenon 4: The elevator rises some distance and stops
●Cause of the failure
1.Inverter alarm
2.The light curtain is unstable
●Exclusion Method
4.1.Handle according to the inverter fault code
4.2.Adjust the angle of the light curtain
Fault phenomenon 5: The elevator stops after descending a certain distance
●Cause of the failure
1.The light curtain is unstable
●Exclusion Method
1.Adjust the angle of the light curtain
Fault phenomenon 6: The pumping station does not operate after the elevator is installed
●Cause of the failure
1.The pumping station does not add hydraulic oil
2.The light curtain is installed incorrectly (triggers the emergency stop)
3.The phase connection between the pumping station and the control box is incorrect
4.The safety loop is removed(triggers the emergency stop)
5.The bottom touch is not installed in place (triggers the emergency stop)
●Exclusion Method
6.1.Purchase eligible hydraulic fluids locally
6.2.Remove the connecting wires between the light curtain and the control box first,and check the problems one by one
6.3.The three-phase electrical phase is incorrect, contact the technician to know
6.4.Reconnect the safety loop
6.5.Touch the bottom to check whether the installation is correct through the installation instructions
