To ensure correct installation and minimize downtime, we provide two installation options: online technical guidance (including installation videos and manuals) or professional install-ation and subsequent maintenance by our overseas technical team.

We offer a 5-year warranty on the main structure and a 1-year warranty on electrical parts for all HIGHRISE LIFT products. Any failure arising from non-human causes during the warranty period will be covered with free replacement parts.
